Nice descriptive word, that one. Life is hectic and also a bitch. I suppose I should learn to love it.
I was thinking just now, in the shower (that one commercial was right you know, showers really are places where ideas just hit you) about something or other, and aparently that led to an idea I decided I wanted to share.
An artist is proud of their work only if they know it was done to the best of their abilities. Sometimes, each new piece is regarded as the best ever, and is proudly displayed or quietly admired. A continuous stream of proud moments in the completion of a project most likely indicates a constant stream of improval. People see their current work as good and are truly proud of such when it's an improved piece, something learned. While confidence is good, there is always the possibility of overconfidence as well. This, however, may be due to a compensation from an actual lack of confidence; a lack of progression, a lack of improvement.
anyways. It sounded much more philosophical before it had to be stored in short term memory.
on a side note, I hate doing all of the work when I'm put into groups in school. Not only is the quality of most of the participants far below acceptable or even average, it would in turn reflect upon my own level of work, as I'm part of the group.
Yeah yeah, selfish bitch, whatever. It really is disapointing to me when people drop their responsibilities or fail to complete them with an excuse of anything other than physically dying.
Featured because I need to look at something nice. Sorry I'm not notifying the artists. Credz to them for doing nice shit.
