eros- Freud's description of the counterpart to thanatos,(agression, hate, etc.), the drive of life, love, etc.

the second part in the 'series', two pidgeons together 'til th eend, which is quickly approaching in the form of instant disintegration by...well, look at the other pic. i chose pidgeons because they mate for life...and they're a common sight in most all cities around the world. they were domesticated...and over the centuries have most likely forgotten what it's like to be...well, free.
apply to the human world, and...you get the idea. (i hope)

but instead of fleeing an inescapable death, they sit and face sudden carbonization together...as they were in life.

somewhat inspired by this part of a poem...

Well it's comming down to it
on the air raid siren
would you hold my hand
as the rockets hit the ground
with a silent melancholy
'till it's too bright to see
would you sit with me here
while the grass is still green?

love the description and choice of subject. Really does reflect the title well. kinda funny that in some cities, pigeons aren't really welcomed anymore.

God this is beautiful, the message is perfectly displayed, if anything i would make the rays coming off the side slightly more obvious, it would give an easier way to see the theme
